From the moment you place your order to arrival at your door, ground delivery ranges from four to eight business days depending on where you are located. Ground delivery orders SHIP by Federal Express Ground directly from our warehouse in Joliet, Illinois within 1-3 business days. Transit time is IN ADDITION to processing time.
Business days are Monday through Friday.
Use this rule of thumb for figuring how long it will take your order to arrive via Fed Ex Ground to continental U.S. destinations:
Order processing time (24-48 hours which may vary depending on the time of day you place your order) + shipping time (1-5 business days) = 2-7 business days ***ALTHOUGH WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO STRICTLY ADHERE TO THIS TIMETABLE, WE DO RECOMMEND THAT YOU ALLOW A FEW DAYS "CUSHION" IN CASE OF ANY DELAYS***
During seasonal times, including Christmas, Halloween, Valentines, Easter and Spring Graduation season, please allow up to an additional 72 hours to process your order.
The following is a map showing APPROXIMATE shipping time by Fed Ex Ground from our warehouse in Joliet, IL. Ground transit times are NOT guaranteed by Federal Express. This map does not apply to orders shipping outside the continental US. See International Orders below. Colors indicate the following: Pink = 1 day, Turquoise = 2 days, Orange = 3 days Green = 4 days Fuchsia = 5 days Yellow = 6 days Royal Blue = 7 days.
If you need to receive your order faster than you would through normal processing, you may upgrade your order to "HOT RUSH STATUS". There is a fee to do this, and you MUST request this service by putting a comment on the order asking for Hot Rush processing. If your order is $274.99 or less the fee is $25. If your order is over $275 or more the fee is $35. This rush charge is IN ADDITION to the freight charges on your order. (If available in your area, priority Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. All additional charges for priority shipping are determined by Fed Ex and will be added to your invoice accordingly. AT PEAK HOLIDAY TIMES INCLUDING GRADUATION SEASON, PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 24 HOURS PROCESSING TIME ON ALL PRIORITY SHIPPING ORDERS. Please be aware, air shipments are VERY expensive, and we require customer confirmation of shipping charges before we ship orders via Fed Ex Air delivery.
All orders shipping to Hawaii are shipped Fed Ex Ground unless Fed Ex Air is requested. IT COSTS EXTRA TO SHIP TO HI. You will be notified of the additional cost to ship HI BEFORE your order is processed. PLEASE allow at least an extra 5 days for processing all HI orders. All orders shipping to Alaska are shipped Fed Ex Ground to a freight forwarder (Alaskan Express Service, Inc. unless you have your own forwarder). IT COSTS EXTRA TO SHIP TO ALASKA. You pay regular US ground rates as published on our website to the forwarder. From the forwarder to your destination in Alaska, the charges are your responsibility and are paid directly to the forwarder. You will be notified of the additional cost to ship AK BEFORE your order is processed. PLEASE allow at least an extra 7 days for processing all AK orders. Orders going to Puerto Rico are shipped via US Postal Service using their Priority Mail service unless Fed Ex Air is requested. IT COSTS EXTRA TO SHIP TO PUERTO RICO. Any additional shipping charges will be added to your order and charged separately to your credit card. Should you require an invoice reflecting the additional shipping charges, please request one from customer service. PLEASE allow at least an extra 10 days for processing all Puerto Rico orders. Please be aware, shipping to any of these three destinations via Fed Ex can be VERY expensive, and we have no control over what the carriers charge. Processing time for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is 5 - 10 days longer than our normal processing time. This time will vary depending on your location.
Yes. We ship international orders. All international orders are shipped on our behalf via International Checkout. After you place all your items in the shopping cart, click the International Checkout button to complete your order. You will be asked to provide your address information, shipping preference, method of payment etc. You will be able to see exactly what it will cost to ship to your destination before you place your order. Shipping charges reflect our standard domestic rate plus the extra charge to ship outside the US to your destination. They also have a Live Chat feature for your convenience should you have questions. All payment and customer service will be handled by International Checkout. Once payment has been secured, your order is forwarded back to our warehouses for processing. Please be aware, shipping internationally can be VERY expensive, and we have no control over what the carriers charge. Also, because we have no control over customs, we DO NOT guarantee delivery time on international orders. We suggest you allow an additional 2 full weeks for all international shipments in the event your order is delayed in customs.
Yes, we ship APO/FPO orders. For faster processing on APO/FPO orders, we suggest you use the International Checkout feature on our site. Should you prefer to have your order shipped via USPS, we will ship the order for you. Processing time is longer than our standard processing time. We suggest you allow a minimum of 3 weeks for all APO/FPO ORDERS. APO/FPO orders require additional handling so a $10 handling charge is added to all APO/FPO orders. In addition to this, freight on APO/FPO orders generally costs substantially more than the standard continental US freight charges that are billed on our orders. All additional shipping and handling charges will be added to your order and billed separately to your credit card. Should you require an invoice reflecting the additional shipping charges, please request one from customer service.
Your Fed Ex tracking numbers are not automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped. If for some reason you require a tracking number, send an email request to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will forward your tracking number to you along with a direct link to the Tracking page on the Fed Ex website. Sorry, package tracking service is not a service supported by USPS for priority mail packages.
There is NO minimum order requirement. However, there is a $10 service charge added to any order subtotaling less than $75. This service charge is included in the total freight charge on your order.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your merchandise total before coupon code discounts are applied. See the charts below for shipping charges. These charges are for shipments within the continental US and Canada only. Next Day Air, and Second Day Air are available for an additional charge that is determined by Fed Ex. Should you require air shipping, please indicate this request on your order. The AIR FREIGHT charges below are ESTIMATED RATES and may vary if your order is unusually heavy or if your destination is in an area considered "remote" by the carriers. Should any additional freight charges be incurred, they will automatically be billed to your credit card as a separate charge.

Orders totaling $700 or more qualify for FREE GROUND DELIVERY! This applies only to orders shipped to a single destination within the continental United States (48 contiguous states) and Canadian orders under 200 lbs shipped via Fed Ex Ground International.
Despite efforts to be in stock on 100% of our items at all times, we occasionally we sell out of products. In the event that this happens or in the event you order an item that has been discontinued, a credit will be issued to your credit card or Pay Pal account. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY. Although we try, we cannot always contact customers regarding out of stock items on their orders. We encourage you to put a comment on your order if you need to be contacted in the event your order cannot be shipped complete. We do not backorder items.
