How long will it take for my order to arrive?
From the moment you place your order to arrival at your door, ground delivery ranges from three to ten business days depending on where you are located. Ground delivery orders ship by USPS or UPS Ground from our Garland,Texas warehouse within two business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday.
Use this rule of thumb for figuring how long it will take your order to arrive via USPS or UPS Ground to continental U.S. destinations:
Order processing time (2 business days) + shipping time (1-8 business days) = 3-10 business days
During seasonal times, including Christmas, Halloween, Valentines, Easter and Spring Graduation season, please allow an additional 24 hours to process your order.
The following is a map showing APPROXIMATE shipping time by UPS Ground from our warehouse in Garland, TX. Ground transit times are NOT guaranteed by UPS. This map does not apply to orders shipping to Canada. See International Orders below. Colors indicate the following: Gold = 1 day, Tan = 2 days, Green = 3 days, Brown = 4 days and Orange = 5 days. When USPS service is selected, Priority Mail service is used which provides 3 day service to most areas within the continental U.S.
What if I need my order faster than the normal delivery time?
Priority shipping orders (overnight and second day air), if received Monday through Friday by 10 am CST, will be shipped the same day the order is placed and delivered on the appropriate business day. Priority shipping orders placed Friday (after 10 am CST), Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. If available in your area, priority Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. All additional charges for priority shipping are determined by UPS and will be added to your invoice accordingly. AT PEAK HOLIDAY TIMES INCLUDING GRADUATION SEASON, PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 24 HOURS PROCESSING TIME ON ALL PRIORITY SHIPPING ORDERS.Please be aware, air shipments are VERY expensive, and we require customer confirmation of shipping charges before we ship orders via UPS Air delivery.
How are orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?
All deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped via US Postal Service using their Priority Mail service unless UPS Air is requested. Any additional shipping charges will be added to your order and charged separately to your credit card. Should you require an invoice reflecting the additional shipping charges, please request one from customer service. Please be aware, shipping to these destinations via UPS Air can be VERY expensive, and we have no control over what the carriers charge.
Can my order be shipped internationally?
Yes. We ship international orders. All international orders are shipped via the US Postal Service using their Priority Mail International service which takes 7 - 14 days to most destinations. Any additional shipping charges will be added to your order and charged separately to your credit card. Should you require an invoice reflecting the additional shipping charges, please request one from customer service. Sorry, we are unable to furnish estimates of shipping costs on international orders prior to shipping. Please be aware, shipping internationally can be VERY expensive, and we have no control over what the carriers charge.
Do you ship APO/FPO orders?
Yes, we ship APO/FPO orders. Like international orders, we use the US Postal Service priority shipping for all APO/FPO orders. Any additional shipping charges will be added to your order. Be advised that box dimensions affect the cost of shipping so larger items can be quite expensive to ship.
How can I track my order?
Your UPS tracking number is automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped. However, if you do not receive this email, send an email request to: customerservice@partyandpaperwarehouse.com
We will forward your tracking number to you along with a direct link to the Tracking page on the UPS website. Sorry, package tracking service is not a service supported by USPS for priority mail packages.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your merchandise total before coupon code discounts are applied. See the charts below for shipping charges. These charges are for shipments within the continental US only. Next Day Air, and Second Day Air are available for an additional charge that is determined by UPS. Should you require air shipping, please indicate this request on your order. These charges are estimated rates and may vary if your order includes an oversized item, is unusually heavy or bulky or if your destination is in an area considered "remote" by the carriers. Should any additional freight charges be incurred, they will automatically be billed to your credit card as a separate charge.

Does my order qualify for a Free Freight Special?
Any order totaling $600.00 or more of regular priced merchandise will receive FREE freight. Clearance items and oversized items excluded. Ground delivery only, in the Continental US.
What does the truck symbol on your website mean?
Some of our items exceed average weight or dimension limits. Because of this, these items are exempt from the shipping charges listed above. When ordering bulk shred, pinatas, case quantities of bags, 100' and larger cello rolls, table rolls or other unusually heavy items, additional shipping charges may be assessed. When this occurs, our shipping department will weigh your order and exact freight charged by USPS or UPS will be billed to you rather than the estimated charges listed in the shipping table above. Oversized items do not qualify for free freight specials. These items are indicated by the Delivery Truck symbol.
What if my order does not ship complete?
Despite efforts to be in stock on 100% of our items at all times, we occasionally we are sold out of products for short periods of time. In the event that this happens or in the event you order an item that has been discontinued, a credit will be issued to your credit card or Pay Pal account. We do not backorder items.
