Returns

Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return for a full refund any unopened retail merchandise in new condition with its original packaging. Sorry, "bulk" items are shipped directly from our manufacturer's warehouses and may NOT be returned. Merchandise purchased at PartyandPaperWarehouse.com may only be returned through the Internet returns department and will not be accepted at Party and Paper Warehouse retail stores.

Returns after 14 days WILL NOT be accepted. Sorry, but discontinued and seasonal merchandise including graduation cannot be returned.

Simply follow these instructions:

Contact our customer service department via email to notify us that you desire to make a return and why. You will be given a return authorization number at that time.

Full credit will not be given for unauthorized returns. A 20% restocking fee will be charged and NONE of the shipping charges will be refunded.

Wrap the package securely. Include a copy of the invoice. Indicate which items you are returning. Write your return authorization number on the outside of the box.

For your protection, please send your package via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. This protects you in case your package is damaged or lost in transit.

PartyandPaperWarehouse.com does not pay for return shipping unless you are returning a product because it arrived damaged. We cannot accept returns on discontinued or seasonal merchandise.
